Hatimaye ule mpambano wa ndondi wa kihistoria umemalizika kwa mmarekani Floyd Myweathweather kuibuka mshindi dhidi ya mpinzani wake toka Ufilipino Manny Paquiao kwa point na kuendelea kutetea rekodi ya kutopoteza mchezo wowote hadi sasa.

Mpambano huo uliokuwa wa round 12 ulimalizika huku Manny Paquiao akiidhani kuwa ndiye ameshinda lakini majaji walimtangaza Myweather na Paquiao kukubaliana na matokeo.

Floyd Mayweather speaks from inside the ring: "I want to thank God for this victory. I want to thank all the fans that came and those around the world. He's a hell of a fighter. Now I see why he is one of the guys at the pinnacle of the sport of boxing.

"I knew he was going to push me. He had moments in the fight but I kept him on the outside, I was a smart fighter I out-boxed him. We did what we had to do tonight, I'm truly blessed.

"I calculate the fighter. He's a tough competitor. My dad wanted me to do more but I had to take my time and watch Manny very close.

"When the history books are written, it was worth the wait. My last fight is in September and then it's time for me to hang it up."
